Miss Kathy's Book Adventure For Kids is a fun and educational experience for children between the ages of 1.6 to 7 years. Classes are divided by age into the Toddler group (generally under 3 years of age) and the Preschool group. Preschool classes are a drop off situation. Toddler classes are shorter and parent or caregiver remain on the premises.

Children learn through observation and asking questions. I model classes around those learning skills and encourage the children to be critical thinkers and active participants in all activities. Each class will evolve uniquely as every group will have its own feedback and flow.

For each class, a book is selected from a collection of children's literature. The book chosen for the class sets the theme for all of the activities to follow.

Book Adventures activities include math, literacy, science, engineering, creative movement, music, drama, art, and dancing. Fun always plays a big role!.

Miss Kathy's Book Adventure For Kids is ready for laughter, exploration, and learning. It is set up for safety, comfort, and learning through teamwork and fun.
